What should I do if I want to submit a complaint?
- If you have any issues in relation to your tenant, you should first speak to one of our staff members. You can contact us by email to info@studyvision.com.au
- You will be encouraged to discuss the issue with your tenant, if appropriate.
- If the issue is not resolved, staff will speak to both parties to try and reach a resolution.
- If there is still no resolution, our staff will take any further action required.
- If the problem does not relate to your tenant, our staff will discuss the issue with you and endeavour to reach a resolution.
If multiple complaints are received about an accommodation, Study Vision will review their registration, and may stop working with them.
If multiple complaints are received about a guest, Study Vision will review their actions, and may refuse to provide services to them in the future.
